Plummeting prices in Australia’s property prices could mean those once-out-of-reach beach and waterfront properties such as this one are suddenly in your budget.
In January, realesate.com.au data revealed that in Sydney, beach suburbs and those close to the ocean and harbour have become the most sought after in the country.
This is a trend which we could see country-wide.
The surge in interest comes at the same time as buying activity drops, thanks to restricted lending from cautious banks.
