Last chance for millions of Aussies to use $150
If you live in NSW, you have one month to use your Dine and Discover vouchers before they expire on June 30.
The NSW government offered all eligible NSW residents $25 vouchers to use at hospitality venues and $25 vouchers to spend on entertainment and recreation.
The vouchers were introduced to help businesses that suffered during COVID by encouraging people to spend.

“This is helping to fire-up our economy,” then-NSW treasurer Dominic Perrottet said back in 2021.
“It’s not just boosting revenue for businesses, it’s bringing a fresh clientele through their doors eager to try a new eatery or exciting activity.”
The average diner was spending $41 for every $25 voucher used, according to the NSW government.
How do the vouchers work
If you haven’t used any of your vouchers yet, there are three ‘Dine’ vouchers and three ‘Discover’ vouchers you will need to use before the end of the month.
These vouchers only work at participating businesses, and can only be used once. Any unused amount used will not be carried forward.
The vouchers have been extended a couple of times.
They were previously scheduled to expire at the end of June 2021, however the state government extended the scheme because less than half of the vouchers that had been downloaded had been used.
In August 2021, the program was extended through to July 2022 after the state was plunged back into lockdown.
How can I get the Dine and Discover vouchers?
If you’re a NSW resident aged over 18, you can apply for the vouchers through the Service NSW website or through the Service NSW app.
You’ll need your MyServiceNSW account and two identity documents, like a Medicare card or licence.
Once you’ve successfully applied, the vouchers will appear in the Service NSW app.
Eligible recipients also have access to a single $50 ‘Stay NSW’ voucher that can be used at participating hotels, motels and other accommodation venues.
These vouchers are due to expire on October 9, 2022.
