Kogan says October profit up more than 22%

Kogan says gross profit for October rose more than 22% on the prior corresponding period

Kogan says it has enjoyed "strong growth metrics" over the first four months of the financial year, with gross profit for October rising more than 22 per cent.

The online retailer, which has branched out into sectors including power, superannuation and insurance, says gross sales for October grew more than 18 per cent on the prior corresponding period and customer numbers grew 13 per cent.

"We are happy to have delivered another month of strong year-on-year growth in gross sales and gross profit, while continuing our focus on running an efficient company with a low cost of doing business," chief executive Ruslan Kogan will tell Tuesday's annual general meeting.
