Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban's snap up $4.9 million pad
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have purchased a new New York City apartment for US $3.5 million ($4.93 million), the New York Post has reported.
The couple adds the latest property to their portfolio that stretches across Los Angeles, Nashville, the Southern Highlands, a farm in Bunya Hill and a penthouse in Sydney.
The new purchase of a two-bedroom apartment in New York has three separate entrances, including a garage to drive into, and is reportedly is the reason why Kidman liked the property.
The 108 Leonard Street apartment also has a pool, a hot tub, a gym and a media room.
Kidman bought her first home, a one-bedroom apartment in Mosman village, as just a teenager in 1987.
She shared a duplex in Darling Point with former husband Tom Cruise in the 1990s before they separated in 2001. The property was then sold for $12 million in 2009.
Her Sydney base is an amalgamation of three penthouses in Milsons Point, which cost her $15.68 million altogether.
But Kidman and Urban’s spend most of their time in their mansion in Nashville, Tennessee, where they have a seven-bedroom mansion and a pool.
