Yahoo Finance Khloe Kardashian seemingly hints at relationship update with subtle social media move
There seems to be trouble in paradise for on-again-off-again couple Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, and Instagram has the evidence.
Since news of Thompson’s alleged cheating scandal broke, Kardashian hasn’t addressed rumors of a potential breakup publicly. She hasn’t been responding to Thompson’s declarations of love on social media, either, which may be a statement in itself.
Kardashian is constantly on social media he is constantly clapping back against haters and joking around with friends online.
When the reality TV star posted photos of herself and Thompson’s shared daughter on Instagram, the NBA player responded with two heart emojis. But Kardashian didn’t respond as she usually does.
In fact, the pair’s social media interactions are so notorious, they gave away the fact the couple had gotten back together in the first place back in May 2020. They broke up in February 2019 after Thompson was caught cheating with Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods.
Kardashian didn’t respond to Thompson last week when he wished her a happy Mother’s Day, either, according to Daily Mail. She also has not been seen wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring for a few weeks, either.
In an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that aired earlier this month, Kardashian and Thompson visited a surrogacy therapist. Kardashian admitted to “second-guessing things,” but ultimately decided to move forward with the process. The episode aired as rumors Thompson was cheating on Kardashian were starting to spread but it was filmed long before it.
In April, Influencer Sydney Chase claimed that she and Thompson were romantically involved while he was living with Kardashian.
“He told me he was not in a relationship anymore,” she told the No Jumper podcast. “We talked, we hung out multiple times, we went out together, everything.”
Thompson denied those rumors and has taken action to get Chase to walk back on her statements, but if social media is any indication of how Kardashian feels about the relationship right now, as it often is for the Kar-Jenner family, it’s not looking good.
