New York, April 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Interpublic Group (IPG) announced today that ten of its agencies were represented at Ad Age’s annual A-List and Creativity Awards, the trade publication's prestigious annual ranking of the industry's best and most forward-thinking marketing and communications agencies. IPG had more agencies represented at the awards than any other holding company.
FCB and McCann ranked among the industry’s best-performing agencies, MullenLowe Mediahub was named “Media Agency of the Year,” Initiative was awarded “Comeback Agency of the Year,” and FCB/Six took “Data/Analytics Agency of the Year.” Two top female agency executives were also recognized; The Martin Agency’s CEO Kristen Cavallo was named “Executive of the Year” and McCann Worldgroup’s Global Chief Strategy Officer Suzanne Powers was honored as “Chief Strategy Officer of the Year.” Additionally, IPG agencies EP+Co., The Martin Agency, MullenLowe and UM were recognized as “Agency Standouts” and R/GA was named an “Agency to Watch.” In the Creativity Awards category, McCann’s “Price on our Lives” work for March for Our Lives was recognized as “Best Work for Good.” Ad Age selects agencies based on account wins, quality of work and business results delivered on behalf of their clients.
