Qube Holdings Insider Transactions Over The Last Year
Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by MD & Executive Director Maurice James for AU$2.6m worth of shares, at about AU$1.95 per share. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (AU$2.76), we still think insider buying is a positive. Because the shares were purchased at a lower price, this particular buy doesn't tell us much about how insiders feel about the current share price.

Insider Ownership
For a common shareholder, it is worth checking how many shares are held by company insiders. I reckon it's a good sign if insiders own a significant number of shares in the company. Insiders own 1.6% of Qube Holdings shares, worth about AU$85m. This level of insider ownership is good but just short of being particularly stand-out. It certainly does suggest a reasonable degree of alignment.
