Insider Buying: The Boliden AB (publ) (STO:BOL) President of Boliden Mines Just Bought kr138k Worth Of Shares

Even if it's not a huge purchase, we think it was good to see that Stefan Romedahl, the President of Boliden Mines of Boliden AB (publ) (STO:BOL) recently shelled out kr138k to buy stock, at kr230 per share. Even though that isn't a massive buy, it did increase their holding by 150%, which is a arguably a good sign.

Boliden Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

President & CEO Mikael Staffas made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for kr631k worth of shares at a price of kr210 each. That implies that an insider found the current price of kr230 per share to be enticing. That means they have been optimistic about the company in the past, though they may have changed their mind. If someone buys shares at well below current prices, it's a good sign on balance, but keep in mind they may no longer see value. In this case we're pleased to report that the insider purchases were made at close to current prices.
