The gigantic 222-metre vessel, with 6-star facilities and 39 private residences - the cheapest costing just below $15 million - brings together an exclusive cruise ship and a superyacht experience making it the world's first 'yacht liner'.
This isn't the first time we're hearing about the dreamy monster, which will soon hit the high seas, but it is the first time we're getting a preview of its plush interiors.

Inside the world's largest superyacht
Built at a ballpark figure of $797 million, the Somnio is majestic on the outside and opulent on the inside.
The starting price of an apartment is $14.6 million, but here's the kicker: it's available for purchase only by invitation or referral and the identity of apartment owners will be not be divulged publicly because the builders want to maintain exclusivity of this super-wealthy community.
According to the Robb Report, Some of the apartments range in size from 148 square metres, all the way up to more than 604 square metres - the largest one spanning almost the entire top deck.
Bespoke aspects such as a personal kitchen, library, indoor and outdoor dining areas, gym, large living room with 270-degree forward views, and more can be custom-designed to the lifestyle preferences and requirements of each individual owner.
The owners can choose to work with professionals at either Winch Design, Tillberg Design of Sweden or Luttenberger Design or bring in their own designers to help them pick out everything from furniture to lighting, cutlery and bedding to artwork.
Six levels of the Somnio will house the 39 plush apartments and come equipped with 6-star resort amenities including full concierge services for both onboard and land-based needs.
Owners will have access to an array of facilities such as a lounge in the ship’s bow, restaurants and bars, a 10,000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room, beach club, water sports facilities and more.
While the true route of the Somnio will remain a closely guarded secret, travellers on this uber-indulgent superyacht can expect to explore some of the most sought-after and exclusive yachting destinations such as Portofino and Monaco, French Polynesia and Antarctica.
This superyacht is touted to embody high-end life at sea, combining privacy with intimacy and ownership with community.
What remains to be seen is if this beautiful vessel will live up to its name, which literally means 'Dream' in Latin.
