There are seven full-time staff members to take care of the spectacular 3,530 square metre Los Angeles mansion known as “Billionaire”.

The vast property, in the state’s most prestigious neighbourhood, comes with two master suites plus 10 oversized VIP guest suites, 21 bathrooms, and three kitchens.

Incredible living quarters aside, the property also boasts a 26m swimming pool, four-lane bowling alley, wellness spa, five bars, two fully-stocked wine and champagne cellars and a huge lolly wall to sweeten the deal.

If tech is more your thing, it’s also fitted with a state-of-the-art home entertainment system the listing agent claims is “the most advanced home tech system in the world”, with a 40-seat Dolby Atmos theatre.

The incredible property’s price has actually been slashed by a quarter. An offer was made after the home was listed for $337 million last year, making it the most expensive residential property in the US at the time.

The mansion was removed from the market for months before the sale fell through, so it is now being re-offered for a huge reduction of $84 million, according to realtor.com.

Positioned in the highly affluent neighbourhood of Bel Air, the $253 million property provides 270-degree unobstructed views spanning from the mountains all the way to the ocean, across the Los Angeles skyline.

The luxury American developer Bruce Makowsky called the mansion his “greatest masterpiece”.

“The goal with Billionaire was simple; every inch of the property in the home had to be innovative, flawless, and meticulously curated. The budget was there is no budget,” he said.
