The incredible property’s price has actually been slashed by a quarter. An offer was made after the home was listed for $337 million last year, making it the most expensive residential property in the US at the time.
The mansion was removed from the market for months before the sale fell through, so it is now being re-offered for a huge reduction of $84 million, according to realtor.com.
Positioned in the highly affluent neighbourhood of Bel Air, the $253 million property provides 270-degree unobstructed views spanning from the mountains all the way to the ocean, across the Los Angeles skyline.
The luxury American developer Bruce Makowsky called the mansion his “greatest masterpiece”.
“The goal with Billionaire was simple; every inch of the property in the home had to be innovative, flawless, and meticulously curated. The budget was there is no budget,” he said.
