Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 12 oz cold, unsalted butter

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 tbsp rosemary, divided

  • 2 tbsp thyme, divided

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • Melted butter

  1. Add all-purpose flour to a food processor along with baking powder, sugar, salt, cold unsalted butter, parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp of rosemary, and 1 tbsp of thyme, then blend until the ingredients are combined.

  2. Pour whole milk into the food processor, then pulse again to form a dough.

  3. Scoop ¼ cup of dough for each biscuit onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes.

  5. Once out of the oven, brush a mixture of melted butter, the remaining 1 tbsp of rosemary, and 1 tbsp of thyme onto each biscuit.

  6. Transfer the biscuits from the baking sheet to a serving platter, and enjoy!
