JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., July 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hawthorn Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: HWBK) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share, payable October 1, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2021. The dividend payment is consistent with the previous quarterly rate.
