FG Financial Group Declares Cash Dividend on Its 8.00% Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series A

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., August 11, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FG Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FGF) (the "Company"), a reinsurance and asset management holding company focused on opportunistic collateralized and loss capped reinsurance, while allocating capital in partnership with Fundamental Global®, a private partnership focused on long-term strategic holdings led by Kyle Cerminara and Joe Moglia – and from time to time other strategic investors, to SPAC and SPAC sponsor-related businesses, announced today that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 8.00% Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series A (the "Preferred Stock"), for the period commencing on June 15, 2022 and ending on September 14, 2022.

In accordance with the terms of the Preferred Stock, on August 11, 2022, the board of directors of the Company declared a Preferred Stock cash dividend of $0.50 per share for the period commencing on June 15, 2022 and ending on September 14, 2022. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2022, to holders of record on September 1, 2022. The Preferred Stock is currently listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and trades under the ticker symbol "FGFPP".
