Whether you’ve recently started a new workout routine or simply slept in a funky position, a percussive massage device can help soothe sore muscles. There are a lot of brands on the market making them, including Therabody, Hyperice and Legiral. But one device you shouldn’t overlook is the VYBE Percussion Massage Device — it’s currently 26% off on Amazon.

Admittedly, percussive massage devices look pretty intimidating, but using one can help increase blood flow to support your muscles’ natural recovery process. To use, simply float the device over the areas that need treatment, gradually applying pressure as needed. The massage head will pulse in and out to gently massage the muscle.

The cordless VYBE Percussion Massage Device has five massage speeds, and will give you up to 3200 strokes per minute (that’s really fast, FYI). Plus, it comes with four different attachments for treating different areas of the body. Pack it up in its included carrying case and you can take it to the gym, on a trip or just safely store it at home.

Some massage guns can get a little loud — but not this one. According to the product description, when turned on, it’s only 50 to 60 decibels, which is about as loud as normal conversation at home, or even a little less.

You don’t have to use it for long to feel results either. Use it for about two minutes on muscles that are bothering you, or 30 seconds to simply loosen things up. The VYBE has four hours of battery life, so you won’t have to recharge too often.

The VYBE is not the most inexpensive of all the percussive massage devices out there, but some can run $400 or more. With that said, its quality is just as good as those pricier options. More than 600 Amazon reviewers can attest to that and give the VYBE five out of five stars.

“I’ve tried many of [these devices] and this is by far the best,” wrote one Amazon reviewer. “It easily matches up to competitors at half the price. Love it and highly recommend it for athletes or just anyone with sore muscles.”

“I bought this in desperation after reading reviews praising its effectiveness,” wrote another reviewer. “After having surgery to rebuild a knee, the muscular ramifications rippled throughout my, leg, hip and back. I just turned it on and started working problem areas. It works very quickly. The build quality is high. There is nothing cheap about VYBE. It is a very powerful tool to help you heal muscular problems.”

A percussive massage device can help treat pain caused by exercise, chronic issues or even sitting in the same position at your desk for too long. And of course, it’s more natural than taking a pain killer. Try the VYBE Percussion Massage Device while it’s on sale and feel relief fast.
