Esperion Therapeutics, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:ESPR) latest 9.4% decline adds to one-year losses, institutional investors may consider drastic measures

To get a sense of who is truly in control of Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ESPR), it is important to understand the ownership structure of the business.
