This Domain app feature shows your house price in real-time
Domain has launched a new app feature, Domain for Owners, that lets users see the property value and demand for their home – and also compare it to similar properties in the neighbourhood.
The platform, which exists on the Domain app or on desktop at domain.com.au/owners, gives house owners data about their property at their fingertips.
Aussies can track the value of their house and how it’s moved over time; view demand for similar houses; see how their suburb’s property market is doing; and connect with local property agents.

To find out how in-demand your property is, you’ll have to input some information about your house, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and parking spaces.
You’ll then have to create an account with Domain to track information about your house.
Domain for Owners is designed to help Australians keep an eye on the property market and make decisions on whether to rent, sell, buy, or sit tight, according to the real estate group.
“It’s easy to get lost in the headlines around National or Capital City property market movements,” said Domain chief consumer officer Jason Chuck.
“But what does it all mean for individual property owners specific to their local area and their property features? We’ve launched Domain for Owners to help Australians feel more informed and to see exactly where their property fits into wider market movements.”
According to Domain chief product officer Maty Paule, the property platform’s research uncovered “a lot of uncertainty” around owning a home.
“With so many options like renting, selling, refinancing and more, we wanted to give owners the tools and confidence to make better property decisions.”
