Make delicious breakfast parfaits with this muffin tin hack

A breakfast parfait is pretty much the closest you can get to having dessert in the morning. The layers of fruit, yogurt, and granola give you a tasty 3-in-1 breakfast that satisfies with every bite. But sometimes just one parfait isn’t enough. If you’re looking to give your brunch guests a healthy treat, or have several parfaits ready for the week ahead of time, grab a muffin tin and try this genius hack.

First, crush your granola inside a plastic bag using a rolling pin.

Next, melt some butter and marshmallows in a pan until it forms a sticky liquid. This is going to help hold your granola cups together.

Once the butter and marshmallows are all gooey, dump in your granola and stir.

Now, spray your muffin tin with some cooking oil and scoop spoonfuls of the sticky granola mixture into each shallow cup, forming the granola mixture into a cup shape.

Once all your muffin cups are filled, let them sit for 30 minutes to chill.

Finally, add your favorite yogurt and fruit of choice into the cups and serve up this perfect morning bite!
