Chelsea will be heavy favourites to avoid a mammoth FA Cup shock when they entertain League Two Morecambe in the third round at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Frank Lampard is under pressure following a poor run of Premier League results over the festive period, though Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has stuck by the manager - for now, at least.

In theory, a home cup tie against a fourth-tier club could be the perfect tonic for Lampard and a few Chelsea players who are struggling for confidence - but a defeat could make the manager's position untenable.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Chelsea vs Morecambe is scheduled for a 1:30pm GMT kick-off today (Sunday, January 10, 2021).
