Cameron Diaz just turned 40, but she doesn’t look it.
Judging from her recent Esquire cover shoot, she wants you to know that too.
Diaz joins a long list of celebrities, including Erin McNaught, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Walsh and Jessica Simpson, who have stripped off upon reaching birthday milestones or becoming pregnant.
In the article accompanying the shoot Diaz says she is single and childless but happy with her life. However the many provocative images of the ‘Bad Teacher’ star with legs akimbo and staring suggestively at the camera throughout the magazine spread do distract from her thoughts about serious topics like kids and marriage.
In the interview she also reflects that, “I have gratitude. I know myself better. I feel more capable than ever. And as far as the physicality of it, I feel better at 40 than I did at 25.”

This isn’t the first sexy photo shoot Diaz has done recently. The 40-year-old actor also showed off her buff bod in photo spreads for Harper’s Bazaar and Maxim this year.
Diaz has long been admired for her toned body, something she keeps up with regular Pilates sessions. She has denied undergoing cosmetic surgery in the past but there has been some speculation that she has had Botox injections.

“There’s no such thing as anti-ageing. You can’t go back in time. So for me it’s about living in this moment, the best that I can. Contentment is about coming to terms with life as it is,” she told Esquire.
True to her word, Diaz certainly seems to be living in the moment now, celebrating her 40th by posing like a porn star for Terry Richardson. She’s definitely got the body to show off!
