Caitlin Stasey Posts Nude Full Frontal On Her Feminist Website
Former Neighbours actress Caitlin Stasey has launched a blog featuring naked women to send a strong message to the world about body image.
Herself shows the bare-skinned beauties in various poses intertwined with their personal views on topics including porn, power and confidence.
The 24-year-old, who herself features in a full-frontal nude shot with an accompanying interview and the tagline "Women are f***ing durable and powerful", states on her blog that the purpose of her posts is to celebrate womanhood all over the world.
“Herself is a gesture to women for women by women; a chance to witness the female form in all its honesty without the burden of the male gaze, without the burden of appealing to anyone. These women are simply & courageously existing, immortalized within these,“ the blog reads.
She asks women to reclaim their bodies, and to “take them back from those who seek to profit from our insecurity”.
The photos and interviews look at female sexuality while presenting their no holds barred opinions about the world.

In her own interview, bisexual Stasey says she believes the world views women “as mothers, sluts, virgins, or wives”, that it’s “grotesque the way we target women” with ad campaigns and discusses how she often associates sex with pain because of her constant and chronic urinary tract infections.

She is also brutally honest about her difficult teen years: "Puberty was devastating for me. I suddenly had stretch marks all over my body, cellulite, hair, lumps, acne."
Hats off to the girl from Melbourne for taking on a stand on empowering women, in all their forms, naked or not.
