Buyers can earn one Qantas Frequent Flyer point per dollar paid on the deposit and the balance of the purchase price.

LK Property’s Opus Tower building has 200 one and two bedroom apartments ranging from $400,000 to $750,000.

It’s The Marc building has 43 one and two-bedroom apartments with prices ranging from $420,000 to $690,000.

While the developer has been in partnership with Qantas since 2013, the latest incentive is more than doubled for some purchases up until a cut-off date of December 18.

The airline also offers a incentive to earn frequent flyer points with real estate franchise LJ Hooker, offering 20,000 points when you list and sell a residential, commercial or industrial property through the brand name, and 10,000 points if you appoint them as the property manager of an investment property.
