Britney Spears wants fans to know that there's no need to worry about her — she's all good. Whether you believe that or not, Brit recently asked fan questions on Instagram and one was about her well-being. She decided to answer and seemingly address the concern the public has for her amid the #FreeBritney movement.

“Next question is, am I OK? Yes, I’m totally fine,” she said in an Instagram video on Friday. “I’m extremely happy. I have a beautiful home, beautiful children. I’m taking a break right now because I’m enjoying myself.”

This question comes a couple of months after the release of the Framing Britney Spears documentary. In the doc, it's explained that Britney is still being controlled through a conservatorship. Britney does not have control over her finances because she was placed under a conservatorship in October 2008 after she was put on a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold. The court placed her under the conservatorship of her dad and attorney Andrew Wallet. The #FreeBritney movement is in support of Britney having freedom over her finances again and many believe that she is being unjustifiably controlled.

Despite the increased support she's received as a result of the doc, she said that she didn't like being thrust into the spotlight. She shared an Instagram video of herself dancing and wrote in the caption, “My life has always been very speculated … watched … and judged really my whole life !!! For my sanity I need to dance to @iamstevent every night of my life 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼 to feel wild and human and alive !!!”

She continued, “I have been exposed my whole life performing in front of people 😳😳😳 !!! It takes a lot of strength to TRUST the universe with your real vulnerability cause I’ve always been so judged … insulted … and embarrassed by the media … and I still am till this day 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 !!!! As the world keeps on turning and life goes on, we still remain so fragile and sensitive as people !!!”
