More broadly, Brisbane and regional Queensland have been earmarked by one property expert as leading the nation's property boom, with more than 150 locations seeing rising sales activity.
The house, listed by REMAX, will go on auction on Saturday 27 March at 10am.
A previous version of this article stated that the house is expected to sell for more than $1 million. Yahoo Finance understands it is estimated to sell for much higher than that.
