2 tilapia filets
1 chicken breast
½ lb. beef flank steak
1 tsp vegetable oil
5 half-inch ginger knobs
3 scallions, chopped
5 cups boiling water
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 tbsp chili crisp
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ box fresh tofu
1 block udon noodles
6-7 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
1 medium bok choy, chopped
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sriracha sauce

Directions
Cut the tilapia filets, chicken breast, and beef flank steak into thin slices.
Add vegetable oil, ginger knobs, chopped scallions, and boiling water to the hot pot, then stir.
Mix in the chicken bouillon cube, then turn up the heat setting on the hot pot until the mixture comes to a boil.
Add chili crisp, salt, and sugar to the hot pot, then stir until evenly combined.
Slowly place the fish and meat into the hot pot mixture, then add fresh tofu, followed by udon noodles, chopped shiitake mushrooms, and bok choy.
While letting the mix simmer, make the dipping sauce by combining light soy sauce, oyster sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sriracha.
Finally, grab some chopsticks and enjoy!
