Bride-to-be mortified after stylist gives her ‘George Washington’ hair

A bride’s hair trial run turned out to be a complete wedding fail. But at least TikTok is having fun with it.

Every bride and groom wants to have the perfect ceremony. Getting each detail right takes a lot of work and planning. When one bride tested a hairstylist to see if they were a good fit for the wedding, she couldn’t believe how wrong the hairdresser got it. Fortunately, it was only a trial, so the bride and her family were able to get a good laugh out of the hair fail. And not to mention 2.4 million views on TikTok.

TikToker @cassangeee posted about her sister’s wedding hair that didn’t turn out exactly the way they had hoped.

“Thank goodness it was only a trial run… did not go back,” she wrote in the caption.

The bride wanted an elegant ponytail loosely pulled back into soft waves. She showed the hairstylist photos of the look, but that didn’t seem to help.

The end result looked more like a wig from the 1800s. But if that metaphor isn’t helpful, people were eager to chime in with their own thoughtful comparisons.

“It’s giving me George Washingon,” one person wrote.

“It looks like the hair of a My Little Pony,” another said.

“Did the stylist actually think it looked good?” someone asked. “That’s very concerning!”
