TRUFF’s mayo is just as good as its predecessors and also comes in two variations: standard truffle and spicy truffle. The brand recently provided me with a sample of each. For me, the winner is the spicy version. It’s great on a chicken sandwich, sushi, with french fries — I could go on. And I’m not even a huge regular mayo fan to begin with.
