Best Woolworths, Coles half-price specials this week

Each week Coles and Woolworths sell a bunch of groceries for half price.

These specials are designed to tempt customers into their stores, not to make a profit. The supermarkets are betting the customers will pick up other full-priced products once they're through the door.

The 50%-off deals aldo act to distinguish the major supermarkets from challenger brand Aldi. The budget chain has its own weekly specials, but they're never half-price.

For your convenience, Yahoo Finance has once again pushed the trolley through to pick out the best of this week's deals for you. This will allow you to select the supermarket where you'll do your weekly shop this time.

The 50%-off products shown below are on sale from Wednesday November 27 to Tuesday December 3 inclusive.
