The best Aldi specials this week

Children's clothing, an assisted living reclining chair and a lawnmower are all selling at Aldi as Special Buys.

Research last year found Australian shoppers had "an emotional connection" to budget supermarket Aldi.

That's the sort of connection that strikes rivals Woolworths and Coles with envy.

How did Aldi get there? By carefully cultivating a public image of consistently low prices, even though this may not factually be the truth.

The strategy has been strong and consistent ever since Aldi came to Australia 19 years ago. Trust in the brand is now very high.

As usual, Yahoo Finance has selected the most attractive Special Buy homewares and Super Saver grocery discounts for your perusal.
