Australia’s top 25 super-charged growth suburbs

Queensland is home to the largest portion of growth areas on the list with eight suburbs, Victoria is shortly behind with seven of the top 25 suburbs, according to a recent Hotspotting report.

South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and Western Australia are home to four, three, two and one suburb each respectively.

Meanwhile no ACT or Northern Territory suburbs made the list.

The majority of sales numbers are for houses, with the exception of Glenelg in South Australia and Mooloolaba in Queensland which saw strong prices for units.

Of the 25 suburbs which made the list, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Surf Coast were the areas with the strongest number of sales at over 100 each in the last quarter alone.
