Wage theft and insecure work is contributing to an underclass of the working poor in Australia, with one third of all those living in poverty in work, according to the National Union of Workers.

In order to help underpaid Aussies, the union has created an underpayment calculator to identify if you’re being underpaid, and suggests ways to help get that missing money back.

According to the Union’s ‘Fair Pay” campaign, workers are owed over $23 million in Australia.
