American Express Declares Dividend on Series D Preferred Stock and Regular Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, May 07, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of American Express Company (NYSE: AXP) has declared a quarterly dividend on the Company’s 3.550% Fixed Rate Reset Noncumulative Preferred Shares, Series D, of $9,269.44 per share (which is equivalent to $9.26944 per related Depositary Share). The dividend is payable on June 17, 2024 to shareholders of record on June 1, 2024.

The Board also declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.70 per common share, payable on August 9, 2024, to shareholders of record on July 5, 2024.
