I am one of those people who cannot function properly without a good night’s sleep. If I get less than six or seven hours of quality shut-eye, I just know I’m not going to be my best self the next day.

Because I know sleep is so important to me (and let’s face it, to all of us), I am always testing out new ways to make my bed more comfy and cozy. I like silky soft sheets and have even invested in a weighted blanket for nights when I can’t seem to quiet my mind and fall asleep.

One of the newest additions to my bed that I’m really happy with? These Down Alternative Pillows from Allswell. They’re really plush and supportive, but they’re not too soft or too firm. Instead, they’re just right.

Although pillows can set you back a pretty penny these days, I refuse to spend a small fortune on them. I just don't believe a pillow should cost upwards of $100. That's one of the reasons I'm really impressed with Allswell's Down Alternative Pillows. The set of two is just $50, and they're really great quality. The pillows are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified, meaning they're not made with any hazardous materials, and the outside is made from 300 Thread Count 100% Cotton.

As for the feel of these pillows, they’re anything but flat. Instead, they’re generously filled with a down alternative that supports your head and neck without being too high or uncomfortable.

I usually alternate between sleeping on my back and sleeping on my sides, and I can say these pillows are really comfortable in both positions. I never wake up with any pain in my neck, and sometimes I sleep for five to six hours in the exact same position. That’s how comfortable these pillows are.

If your current pillows are as flat as pancakes, it’s probably time to invest in new ones. These Down Alternative Pillows by Allswell are a great buy that won’t put too big a dent in your bank account, and can help you sleep more comfortably through the night.
