Every kid’s dream home in Sydney’s Linfield has reportedly sold for between $11 million and $12 million, after spending just 16 days on the market.

‘Why every kid’s dream home?’ you ask.

The sprawling features in Sydney’s suburb of Lindfield features an indoor slide attached to the staircase. But adults can play too: McGrath real estate agent Glenn Curran can be seen actually sliding down the slide in a video of the home.

“There’s a stainless steel staircase complete with a stainless steel slide, to make sure you can get from the top floor to the main living area in record time,” Curran said.

The home is called ‘Earth, Wind and Fire’, and was reportedly sold to a local family for between $11 and $12 million on 22 October, according to Realestate.com.

“Where do I start? There’s just so many beautiful aspects of the property, right from the level of the detail through to openness of the living,” Curran said.

“Homes like this are an absolute rarity.”
