Yahoo Finance Cheap flight alert: $889 return tickets to London
If you’re not going anywhere for the Christmas break and you’re already suffering from FOMO, don’t: you can jetset off to London from just $889 return.
Philippine Airlines is flogging cheap flights to the UK capital city from Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, with prices varying slightly between the departing cities and the times you fly.
The travel period is between 1 April and 31 May, but specific dates might apply depending on your chosen flight.
You’ll have to book the tickets with STA Travel before the year is up, though, or unless they’re sold out before 31 December.
The good news is also that Philippine Airlines is a full-service carrier, meaning you won’t have to pay extra for checked luggage, entertainment, or in-flight meals.
All the airfares will have a layover in Manila, and connection times will vary between flights.
However, you can’t book flights directly through STA Travel online: you’ll need to call them up or visit them in a store.
