3Q Digital Names Stephanie Mace Chief Client Officer; Sharpens Focus on Client Growth

The former McCann Worldgroup veteran will be charged with designing and delivering an enhanced customer experience for the growth marketing agency’s client base

3Q Digital, the world’s largest independent digital growth agency, announced today that Stephanie Mace will join the company as Chief Client Officer. Mace, a former McCann Worldgroup executive, brings over two decades of experience in growing clients through customer insights, multi-channel, and multimedia strategies, including integrated go-to-market programs and brand-to-demand campaign development and execution.

At 3Q, Mace will be responsible for strengthening client partnerships to drive even greater impact and value for their businesses. She will focus on solving client problems, improving advertising performance, and driving tangible results. As a partner to other agency leaders, Mace will ensure 3Q continues to bring innovation to its clients and help them navigate disruption.

Mace is a marketing and communications visionary who gained deep experience through leadership roles at McCann Worldgroup in digital strategy, demand generation, and sales enablement, in addition to UX design, brand development, and marketing automation. She has built a track record of successful client partnerships – driven by a customer-focused mindset – that led to consistent growth for her clients and in revenue for the global agency. Notably, while at McCann, Mace was responsible for architecting the marketing frameworks for Fortune 100 companies, which became the holistic model for ensuring cohesive and dynamic messaging across complex organizations.
