Working from home has a number of benefits, and an increasing number of employers are using it as a way to attract and keep staff.

Not only is the volume of remote job listings increasing, there’s been a spike in the range of positions these companies are seeking, remote job listing site, FlexJobs, found.

“Companies are expanding the range of professional positions they’re allowing to work from home,” said Sara Sutton, founder and CEO of FlexJobs.

If you’re on the lookout for remote work, here are the top 20 companies offering the most remote jobs in 2020:

  1. Appen

  2. Kelly Services

  3. UnitedHealth Group

  4. Humana

  5. Dell

  6. SAP

  7. Pearson

  8. K12

  9. VMware

  10. Anthem, Inc

  11. BCD Travel

  12. Salesforce

  13. Sodexo

  14. PAREXEL

  15. CareCentrix

  16. CVS Health

  17. Kaplan

  18. ADP

  19. American Express

  20. EXL

Topping the list is Appen, an Australian tech company based in Chatswood, in northern Sydney.

Flexible jobs it has offered in the past range from social media evaluators to voice coaches, linguistic consultants and transcribers.

“It’s important to keep in mind that this list represents the jobs that are only formally reported and advertised as remote. I believe the true scope of remote work is much larger, with informal and ad hoc work-from-home arrangements increasingly common,” Sutton said.

“Of course, all of this is ultimately fantastic news for remote job seekers across all career fields and levels.”
