The job market is subdued and the economy lacklustre, but some Aussie occupations seem to be suffering more than others.

Careers in the manufacturing, for example, have been disappearing for decades as plants become more efficient with automation, while other careers are falling victim to changing trends or consumer demand and declines in the Australian dollar.
