UAW Files Labor Charges Against Musk, Trump After Interview. Tesla Stock Is Still Up.
The United Auto Workers filed labor charges against Tesla CEO Elon Musk and former President Donald Trump on Tuesday, alleging worker intimidation. The charges were in response to Musk’s Monday evening interview with Trump on X, formerly known as Twitter. In the UAW’s statement announcing the charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board, the union referred to comments Trump made regarding Musk’s approach to labor relations.
