If you’re a brunch person who loves any restaurant that offers bottomless mimosas, I’m totally with you. I think day drinking is much more fun than going out at night, and eating while drinking alcohol is always a good idea. However, have you ever hosted a brunch party? It’s like a dinner party, except in the morning, so when your guests leave, you can spend the rest of the day chilling on the sofa or follow them to the next spot. It’s great. The only downside is that you don’t have the whole day to prep your food — that’s why Blue Apron’s new Brunch Box sounds incredible.

Blue Apron, the popular meal kit delivery service, generally offers meals for lunch or dinnertime. But now, the brand is launching a seasonal Brunch Box that feeds up to six people. It’s great for the aforementioned brunch party, whether it’s a rowdy time with your friends or a more sophisticated affair with your family (like Easter or Mother’s Day).

The Brunch Box sounds absolutely delicious. It includes all the ingredients you need to make avocado toast, maple candied bacon, asparagus quiche with Romesco aioli and marinated artichokes and an overnight French toast bake with blueberries and lemon curd.

If that sounds a little intimidating, don’t worry because Blue Apron does all the hard work for you. The quiche comes with a premade crust, and you just mix and pour in the fillings before popping it in the oven. The French toast bake is also just a matter of mixing the pre-portioned ingredients in an included baking dish, letting it sit in the fridge overnight, then baking it in the oven.

Also, you don’t have to have a Blue Apron subscription to get your hands on the Brunch Box. You can order it in the Blue Apron Market for $119.99. (It nets out to about $17 per person.) It’s available to order now for shipment any time between April 3 and Mother’s Day while supplies last.

While mimosas aren’t included, they would pair well with all of the menu items. Pro tip: Blue Apron also sells wine bundles in its online market.
