    COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 24, 2024--Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, today reported financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2024. Vertiv reported first quarter 2024 net sales of $1,639 million, an increase of $118 million, or 8%, compared to last year’s first quarter. The book-to-bill ratio was 1.5x in the first quarter and organic orders (excluding foreign exchange) increased 60% from last year’s first qua
