In addition, the company provides trust services, mortgage origination and servicing, equipment leasing, brokerage and investment advisory services, property and casualty insurance, life insurance and annuity products, and portfolio management services. As of December 31, 2008, it operated 64 subsidiary banks. The company was founded in 1985 and is based in Lansing, Michigan. |
