In addition, Tekelec provides a Mobile Messaging Product Family of applications for network-based short message service, and control of unwanted text messages. The company also offers a range of professional services, including installation and training services; and customer post-warranty support services. It sells its products through direct sales force, sales agents, partnerships, and distributor relationships worldwide.
