Coming off the heels of 2020, it’s understandable to have stress levels going through the roof. The pandemic, politics and just everyday life are enough to get your thoughts racing. And while deep breathing and yoga are great practices for relaxation, Amazon shoppers have turned to another solution.

Sure, there’s no real chill pill floating around, but these Rescue Pastilles definitely come close. They’re tiny gummies that claim to help relieve feelings of stress and anxiety — and Amazon shoppers really dig them.

So, what’s the secret? Each pastille has one dose of Rescue Remedy, which is a special blend of flower essences. Although there’s not much evidence linked to the effectiveness of flower essences, one recent study did find that they can potentially have a positive impact on anxiety, according to Healthline.

Additionally, the pastilles are vegetarian, alcohol-free and gluten-free. But keep in mind, there’s only 35 per tin so be careful with how you consume them.

With over 7,000 ratings and more than 5,000 five-star reviews, they’re definitely a fan-favorite.

One five-star reviewer noted how the pastilles had a calming effect.

“These little weird rubber gummies are a miracle in a tin can,” they wrote. “I was worried that I would have an allergic reaction, but none whatsoever. I started [taking] them about three days ago. I have noticed today that my mind is so much quieter and doesn’t race as much. I also feel a sense of happiness that I have not felt in a long time.”

And although one shopper had a positive experience, they did also caution that shoppers should manage their expectations.

“[I] bought this to help with some stressful times at work and they are subtle (meaning it’s not going to be instant magic) but they do work,” they explained. “Suck/chew on one or two…and by the time you are done you will be more relaxed.”
