Leighton Holdings says its John Holland subsidiary has been awarded two contracts with Sydney Water.
The first contract, as part of a joint-venture with Lend Lease, involved project management services associated with Sydney Water's networks and facilities renewal program, Leighton said in a statement on Monday.
John Holland was also awarded a contract extension for a project delivering additional sewerage works to six environmentally sensitive areas around Sydney.
The third contract extension was worth $150 million and would be delivered over the next two years, Leighton said.
