ABC – Tue, Jan 22, 2013 1:29 PM AEDTEconomist and former Treasury secretary Ken Henry has been appointed to the board of Australia's major stock exchange operator.
Dr Henry will take up a position as a non-executive director of the Australian Securities Exchange at the start of next month.
He also serves on the board of National Australia Bank.
Dr Henry must stand for election to the role at the ASX's annual general meeting in September.
