Europe's main stock markets closed mostly higher on Friday, with London's FTSE 100 index of leading companies rising 0.69 percent to 6,286.59 points.
In Frankfurt, the DAX 30 slid 0.18 percent to 7,459.96 points, while in Paris the CAC 40 added 1.46 percent to 3,651.96 points.
