Aust shares open stronger

The Australian share market has opened stronger despite moves by European Union (EU) finance ministers to cancel a meeting on Greece's planned bailout.

At 1011 AEDT on Wednesday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 6.3 points, or 0.15 per cent, at 4,249.1, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up six points, or 0.14 per cent, at 4,324.9 points.

On the ASX 24, the March share price index futures contract was up three points at 4,212, with 7,294 contracts traded.
