The Australian share market ended strongly after better than expected trade data boosted already-buoyant mining stocks.
At the close on Thursday, Australia's benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 42.1 points, or 1.0 per cent, at 4,267.8, while the broader All Ordinaries index was 42.2 points, or 0.98 per cent, stronger at 4,333.2.
On the ASX 24, the March share price index futures contract was 44 points stronger at 4,237 with 30,120 contracts traded.
